IRONBULL has collaborated with the Wausau Nordic Ski Club to organize a Nordic ski and snowshoe event, the Ring of Snow Challenge. The event offers more than just hard-core racing with a free kids ski, twilight snowshoe hike, soup buffet, cornhole, and even snowman making.
Freshly groomed trails at Nine Mile County Forest in Rib Mountain welcomed athletes and spectators from around the Midwest to the Wausau region’s first Winter Triathlon, drawing competitors from five states.
